Lainya is the Founder and Principal of A&O PR leading strategic communications, crisis management and marketing endeavors. As a trusted advisor to her clients, Lainya has worked closely with brands and businesses across fine art, music, hospitality, and architecture, leveraging innovation and storytelling to create narratives that resonate with audiences, enhance reputations and drive growth. With a degree in Communications and previous experience as a Gallery Director and writer, Lainya brings passion, precision, and a breadth of industry expertise to the work she does at A&O PR.
Rebecca Allen
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Rebecca is an Account Manager for A&O. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Cornell University, a BA in the History of Art, and a BFA from the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning. Rebecca most enjoys crafting thoughtful, compelling language for her clients, designing and executing bespoke strategies that meet their unique needs and goals, and bringing visibility to artists, technologists, and innovators at the margins.
Tamara Martínez
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tamara is an Account Manager at A&O and has been with the company since 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communications with a minor in Art History from New York University. Through her distinct work with a wide array of clients, ranging from boutique architecture firms to emerging galleries, she hopes to bolster new, unique voices that seek to challenge traditional conventions across their respective fields and work towards a media ecosystem that represents all.
